Yes, there is a Museum for letters as well. The name of the museum is Buchstaben. It was founded to celebrate the written form. Literally the museum is filled with letters of all sizes and fonts. The museum was built rather quietly behind a shopping space in Berlin. It is a collection of letter types. For example Sans Serifs which are bolded, occupy one room whereas the neon signage occupies another. A certain font may be all worn out and peeling off paint but another is prestine and compact. These things collectively are something else as a medium of communication. A typographer’s heaven. How many of you went there?
